After demolition, extensive cracking and uneven wall surfaces were uncovered, requiring every wall to be professionally re-plastered before painting could begin.
The existing kitchen, bathroom, Euro laundry, wardrobes and floor finishes were completely removed, allowing the apartment to be redesigned with improved layouts, upgraded services and high-quality finishes throughout.
